Cohen Azzinaro Associates, LLC has been making its mark since 1993, (prior to that, principal Barbara Azzinaro worked as a purchasing manager, procuring furnishings for the hospitality and healthcare industries). The outstanding furnishings the firm has supplied can be seen in high-end hotels, resorts and restaurants throughout the country.

The success of Cohen Azzinaro Associates, LLC can be attributed not only to Barbara's keen sense of style, but to the exemplary service, communication, follow-up and attention to detail provided to her clients.

Keeping her finger on the pulse of the industry, Barbara founded the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Chapter of NEWH (Network of Executive Women in Hospitality) in 1990 (now known as NEWH The Hospitality Industry Network (www.newh.org). She has continued her dedication to the organization, serving on the board in various capacities.

Speaking at colleges in the Washington, DC, Metropolitan area, including the Maryland Institute, College of Art, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, and also at George Washington University, where she shares her insight and skill with interior design students, helping to ensure further excellence in the field with every graduating class.
